1. Customer is
liable for all shipping costs when returning or
exchanging an item. This also applies to warranty
issues.
2. No Merchandise will be returned without
an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number from
Rim God
3. Authorization numbers are valid for a period
of 14 days from the date of issue
4. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged
to your account when returning wheels for credit.
This also applies to shipments that are refused
and returned.
5. All cancellations before shipment are charged
a 15% cancellation fee.
6. Shipping is non-refundable. Any Shipment
received in other than brand new condition will
be charged 51% restocking fee of the total invoice
amount.
7. All returned items must be returned to us
in the original packaging.
8. Used or damaged merchandise may not be returned
for any reason.
9. Report any damages and/or missing items
within 48 hours of receiving. No claims will
be accepted after 48 hours.
10. For customers purchasing wheels only, there
are absolutely no returns after a tire has been
mounted on the wheel.
11. Purchase price at time of sale is final.
12. No returns after 14 days.
